Red Velvet Log Cake and Panetone Bread at Phoon Huat (18 Dec 2012)
Bread flour, yeast, eggs, sugar, fermented dough
Unsalted butter, raisin, mix candied peel, salt
Letting the dough rest for 40 minutes
Put into mould and proof to double the size
Into the oven
Panetone Bread done!

Cake flour, baking powder, red yeast powder
Cream eggs and sugar
Fold in the mixture with melted butter
Spread into the tray
Bake in oven
Spread cheese filling and sprinkle summer berries
Roll and set in freezer
Decorate
Red Velvet Log Cake done!
