Sambal Chicken and Chilli Crab (19 Jan 2013)
Very nice kitchen at Prima Taste. It has LCD screens to show and capture every cooking step.

Preparing the ingredients
Stir fry the boneless chicken meat a little
Add in the pre-mix sambal paste
Stir
Sambal Chicken done!

The crabs
Insert the knife through the back to kill the crab
Cut of the strings, be careful of the pincers.
Clean the crab, remove the unwanted organs and ready for the wok.
Stir fry the crab a little
Drain off excess oil
Back to wok, add in chilli paste, water, starch and beaten eggs. Bring to boil.
Chilli crab done!
Yum!
A simple feast!
