3-Course European Meal at ToTT:

  • Chicken Cordon Bleu
  • Potato Gratin
  • White Chocolate Mousse

Beating the cream


Warming white chocolate and cream together

Melted white chocolate and cream

Folding the whipped cream into the chocolate

Portioning the mousse and chill

Heating butter and plain flour

Until it bubbles

Add milk to the roux

Potato

Pour the white sauce and bake

Potato Gratin

Beating the chicken breast using mallet

Add salt, pepper, lemon juice, ham and cheese

Roll

Plain flour, egg, bread crumbs

Fry until brown
