Laksa (20 Aug 2022)

Trying to re-create the Scallop Laksa from ABC Cooking Studio, but the taste wasn't right

Galangal (Blue Ginger), Red Onion, Garlic, Lemongrass

Blend with dried shrimp and chili paste

Frying the paste

Add water

Add coconut and filter
