Tamagoyaki and Bento attempt (27 May 2013)

Out of the blue... randomly grab ingredients and cook

Inspired by MasterChef Korea Celebrity (Ep3 and Ep4)

Eggs

Beat the eggs lightly so that there are no bubbles

Sieve the egg

Use a paper towel to apply oil evenly on the pan

Use low heat

Rolling

Adding more egg

Done

Leica Akademie Singapore Off The Coast A Fishermen's Tale

With Mathias Heng (Instructor), Lee Yaocheng, Mark Chai, Rully Nasrullah, Neo Deng See

The ideal route from Singapore to our resort The Legend Resort, Cherating should be "A" to "C" to "E" (51.7km).

But what was given to us was take a van to "B" (346km), fly to "D" (55min flight) and take van to "E" (181km).

In the end, we decided to change the plan ourselves by taking the van directly to "E". (Approx 396km)

We departed Leica store at Raffles Hotel at 11am and arrived at The Legend Resort at around 8.30pm

The room at the resort was awesome

We woke up at 4.50am and arrived at the jetty as early as 5.30am

Fishermen preparing the boat for the sea

Caught a sotong

Borrowed small fishes from fellow fisherman for trolling

Found a death turtle

Cruising... 90% of the time...

Canon S100 GPS log showed how much I cruised

My nets remained dry because it was not deployed at all

Big catch by other fishermen
