2012 has been a good year.

- Advanced Open Water at Tioman (10-12 Aug 12)
- Sports Climbing level 1
- Sports Climbing level 2 (27 & 28 Oct 2012)
- Abseiling level 2 (23 Sep 2012)
- Competent Crew Course (5-9 Dec 2012)
- Renewed First Aid, CPR and AED certification
- Signed up for dance classes
- Signed up for cooking and baking classes
- Tried out archery

Prata making (24 Dec 2012)


Preparing


Mix well egg, oil, condensed milk and water.


Mix well, allow the dough to rest before kneading


Knead till nice smooth surface


Make into a ball


Oil each dough, allow the dough to rest before flipping


Flatten the dough before flipping


Egg prata


Pan fry

It has been 8 years (since 2004) I've last kayak

Red Velvet Log Cake and Panetone Bread at Phoon Huat (18 Dec 2012)




Bread flour, yeast, eggs, sugar, fermented dough


Unsalted butter, raisin, mix candied peel, salt


Letting the dough rest for 40 minutes


Put into mould and proof to double the size


Into the oven


Panetone Bread done!

Cake flour, baking powder, red yeast powder


Cream eggs and sugar


Fold in the mixture with melted butter


Spread into the tray


Bake in oven


Spread cheese filling and sprinkle summer berries


Roll and set in freezer


Decorate
