A crabby Sunday (2 Jun 2013)

4 crabs fo $88

To kill the crab, stab it from behind with a knife

Chop of the pincers

Pry open the shell and clear away the guts

Prepare to wash them

Use a spoon to create cracks on the pincer shells

Stir fry garlic and ginger

Add the crab in

Add in beaten egg

Done !
