Sugbo Transit Express and MyBus are possible bus options that offer route to Cebu City Centre with several stops, but Sugbo Transit Express seem to operated from Marina Mall instead of the airport itself. Due to my early morning arrival, there is no buses and I chose to take motorbike which cost ₱100 (SGD$2.72). Taxi and/or Grab would have cost more.
Approx 3hr Ceres bus from South Bus Terminal to Moalboal at ₱156 (SGD$4.24)
