The Red Bow Cafe at level 1. If you are expecting food being shaped in Hello Kitty, you will be disappointed. The food are mainly bentos in microwave packages or simple pastries. Even the Cinnamoroll Cafe within the Hello Kitty Town at Level 2 does not have much to offer either. The Hello Kitty shaped waffle was out of stock when we were there.
