Savoury yolk mooncake




Ingredients




Wrapping salted egg yolk into the greenbean paste


Fillings prepared


Preparing the dough






Brushing egg yolk for a nice finish


Adding sesame seeds


Into the oven


Taking them out

Raspberry cranberry & hibiscus flower snowskin moon cake




Mixing melon seeds, cocoa into greenbean paste




Fillings rolled into balls




Preparing the snowskin - kuo fien, hongkong flour, shortening, icing sugar and puree.


Wrap the fillings with the snowskin


Into the mould


Done
