OBS - The Merlion Charity Abseil (20 Jul 2013)

A charity program organised by Outward Bound Singapore ( OBS ), which 100% of proceeds goes to Life Community Services Society - an IPC that works to befriend and empower children from low-income families an whose parents are incarcerated.
