Smoking at home @ ToTT (27 Jul 2013)

1. Apple Wood Smoked Egg Benedict , Hollandaise, Baby Spinach, Ham, and Toasted English muffin
2. Tea Smoked Salmon, Avocado, and Rocket
3. Smoked Foie Gras/Goose Liver, Grape Gel, and Molasses
4. Oak Wood Smoked Chicken, Homemade Chili Sauce
5. Hickory Smoked Potatoes, Aioli, Paprika
6. Whisky Barrel Smoked Chocolate Ice Cream, and Strawberry
